Door without a handle!

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. Revelation 3 : 20

Good morning, friends. I got the following from the Internet.

A famous painter painted a beautiful picture of Jesus knocking at a closed door. He showed it to his friends. They pointed out a defect in the painting. The door in the picture had no visible handle or latch to open it. The painter said, "The door has no handle outside. It can be opened only from the inside. It represents our heart."

This message teaches us that Jesus is knocking at the door of our heart, awaiting our invitation to enter and be with us. It is said that though God is omnipotent and omnipresent, the human mind is a special place where He enters only with our consent. He has granted us the freedom to frame our attitude to Him. Let us open the doors of our heart and greet our Lord with pleasure. Let us seek His blessings and request Him to purify our heads, hearts, hands and habits.

Lazarus' Deliverer

Because He himself suffered when He was tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. Hebrews 2:18 Easter is the most special day in the history that gave hope to the mankind! Lazarus, the brother of Martha and Mary was dead four days before Jesus reached Bethany. Jesus loved that family and they loved him as well. He was not there when Lazarus was sick. I have not touched enough my new personal laptop I would say. As my roommate’s husband came here to be with her this weekend and as he didn’t bring his laptop and as they both thought to work from home today, they needed another laptop. She asked me whether she could use mine for today and I don’t know why I was hesitant to say okay, but then somehow I handed it to them and called one of my colleagues to walk with me toward office. He is not working in my project, but then I was just telling about a question which my client manager has asked me last evening. I came up with many complex things to answer her this morning, but during our conversation he just spoke one simple line. It was highly non-technical. But God gave me a very good hint from his line and I was able to come up with a pretty simple logic which the client gladly ...

Incredible kindness!

Do not neglect doing good and sharing; for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Hebrews 13:16 Good morning, friends! He was a seller of second-hand shoes. He seemed to be in his 70’s, and was so tired as nobody was buying his shoes. Then, a little girl came to him saying, " Sir, may I polish your shoes?" The old man took pity on her, smiled and gave her a shoe to polish. The girl said, "I polish the shoe because I need money to buy my brother a new school uniform." The old man replied, "Oh, little girl just stop doing this. Come with me and I will buy a uniform." Then they walked to a store and he bought a uniform.
