What a mighty God we serve!

You are the God who performs miracles; You display your power among the peoples. Psalms 77:14

Good morning, friends.

It was the year 2008. My project manager called me and asked me, “Jansi, are you willing to travel on site?” I was very surprised to hear from him that my client liked me very much and he wanted me on site. I told, “Yes, I’m.”

There were many issues one after the other that I could make it up going on site. But on Nov 11, 2010 I thought it was a Birthday gift from my God that I got my flight tickets to Nashville, USA. And now I’m at Nashville purely by His grace.

With that said, I was not patient for nearly 2 and a half years. I even went for resigning my job. I had several opportunities from other Big companies. Whenever an on site opportunity came and got delayed for some reasons, I was not able to digest it. I blamed my managers & my situations. Today the reason why I’m telling this is, the Lord wants me to tell you something very special.

The main reason why the trip delayed this much was, I’ve been working as a single resource directly interacting with the Customers with no one at my company to track my performance. In all these nearly 4 years of my work, I never did anything that could be added to my credit, but I can boldly say that God was with me and He elevated me and my work exactly at ALL the necessary times. Only God was my portion! He took care of everything. All my clients were very much pleased thus far.

I usually ask God, “But still God, why do you delay certain things in my life?” God answered me. Please go ahead to know what it is.

Last night, I was not able to sleep, I rolled on and on, but it didn’t help. Then many things striked my mind that I could not hold them in my heart, but to shout out to you all what He has done to me. Yes, when my on site opportunity came in 2008, though I was willing, I had a heap of fear raising in my heart toward the American slang. But now I realize, in all these years, the Lord made me interacting only with the American Customers and the Business users and he trained me a lot in this area and he slowly, and slowly and slowly removed this fear from my heart. Now I know one of the reasons for the delay!

In Exodus, the Lord hardened Pharoah’s heart so that he would not let Israelites go and worship the Lord. The Lord performed many miracles in front of Pharaoh, his officials, the Egyptians and the Israelites, but still he hardened everyone’s heart. Do you know why?

Exodus 9:13-16 says:

Then the LORD said to Moses, "Rise up early in the morning and present yourself before Pharaoh and say to him, 'Thus says the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, "Let my people go, that they may serve me. For this time I will send all my plagues on you yourself, and on your servants and your people, so that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth. For by now I could have put out my hand and struck you and your people with pestilence, and you would have been cut off from the earth. But for this purpose I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.””

Exodus 10:1-2 says:

Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go in to Pharaoh, for I have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I may show these signs of mine among them, and that you may tell in the hearing of your son and of your grandson how I have dealt harshly with the Egyptians and what signs I have done among them, that you may know that I am the LORD."

The Lord sometimes harden the hearts of certain people not only to show them that He alone is God, but also for you and your own children to know that He is God. Yes, He is interested in every detail of your life. Your family members and friends should see Him in you and the ways he trains you for a battle field.

In my fellowship, my friend often says that the reason why the current generation forgets their God and lives in sin is because their ancestors failed to tell them that they served a mighty God and how awesome in power He was!

Are you telling who God is to your children, your parents, your parents who don’t know about God? If no, then this is the right time for you do it. Catching people for Him doesn’t mean that you’ll have to wait for your time to go and tell them about Him, but living a life that is pleasing to Him in each second. Your life is the only Bible which many would read!

P.S: I would like to take this time to thank all my friends who have constantly remembered me in your prayers! I'm so grateful to you!

Your protective shade!

The LORD Himself watches over you! The LORD stands beside you as your protective shade.  Psalm 121 : 5 I know it has been a very long time since I have sent God’s Word to you. Since this is the first email in 2014, I have been waiting to send you either my personal testimony or one of my friends’ testimonies. I have drafted several emails, but didn’t send anything. Today, I am not able to keep quiet when I think about what God has done for me over last weekend. If it is God’s will I will meet you again with a wonderful testimony of my friend, while I am sending mine to you now. Many of you know a bit about me. I traveled onsite in the year 2010 and returned to India for good in July, 2013. I got married in August, 2013 (this itself is a separate testimony) and started going to office from September, 2013. Since I had my visa valid for 2 more years I had been asked to take up an onsite assignment and was not offered a project at offshore. I had some concerns in traveli...

Lazarus' Deliverer

Because He himself suffered when He was tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. Hebrews 2:18 Easter is the most special day in the history that gave hope to the mankind! Lazarus, the brother of Martha and Mary was dead four days before Jesus reached Bethany. Jesus loved that family and they loved him as well. He was not there when Lazarus was sick. Lazarus was buried when Jesus reached Bethany. His sisters were weeping. Jesus also wept. They told Jesus, “Lord, if you have been here, Lazarus would not have died.” They moved on to Lazarus’ tomb. There was a stone across the entrance. Surely there was bad odor. Yet, Jesus said, “Take away the stone. If you believed, you would see the glory of God.” He prayed and there came Lazarus alive with his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, “Take off the grave clothes and let him go.” God’s love is the same toward everyone! He doesn’t show favoritism. He love...

Jehovah Jireh!!

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.   Proverbs 3:5-6 Good morning, friends! I'm here with a testimony. After returning from office, I was searching for my personal laptop at my house and I didn't find it for a while. Here the maintenance people can come in anytime even when we're not present. But they are trustworthy. So I didn't worry because I knew that I should have misplaced it today. Then I realized how much I'm trusting even the people whom I have never known before.  Many times I worry too much about what will happen to me in the future. But Bible asks me not to lean on my own understanding. I know I will first try out all the possible ways on my own strength before leaning on the Lord. When everything fails me, as I have no other go, I would submit myself and my cares on Him. It was just a day before I started from Nashville I got a confirm...
